What is String Theory?

 The true nature of an atom has long puzzled our Scientists and it is still puzzling us. However, now we scientists have thought of a new theory to get the answer to the question "What is everything really made of?" known as the string theory or superstring theory.

 Definition:-

Everything on our earth is made up of atom which was considered indivisible before the discovery of subatomic particles like electrons, protons and neutrons but recently it was discovered that all the subatomic particles are to made of a much smaller particle known as quarks, lepton and bosons. But, quarks are not the smallest particle. The Superstring theory is now coming up which states that the quarks are made up of strings which are arranged differently and their s shape decides the nature of that particle whether it is lepton, Boson or quark.

The mathematical formulas which formed the string theory can only be applied to a 10-dimensional universe. But, none of the scientists of our era is able to name the 10-dimensions. So, string theory is till now just a theory and it is not proved practically.

Scientists believe that in the years to come the string theory will become the unified theory or the theory of everything and will help us to solve many unanswered questions on this universe.
